This document describes how the bessalar.ru website processes visitors’ personal data.
1. Who the operator is
The personal data operator is ООО Клиника «БЕССАЛАР», 44 Karamyshevskaya Embankment, Moscow 123423, Russia. Enquiries about personal data processing are accepted by phone at +7 (499) 346-21-15 and through the form on the Contacts page.
2. What data we collect and why
Data from forms on the website — name, phone number, email address, the role you select (sponsor or contract research organisation, volunteer or patient) and the text of your message. We use it to contact you, reply to your enquiry, book you in for a talk with a doctor or prepare a proposal.
Technical data — IP address, information about the browser and device, addresses of the pages visited, and cookies. It is needed for the website to work, for protection against abuse and for visit statistics.
We do not ask you to give diagnoses, test results or other information about your health in the forms on the website. If you write them yourself, we will use them only to reply to you. The doctor will discuss health matters in a personal conversation.
3. Legal basis
Processing is carried out with your consent: you give it by ticking the relevant box before submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).
4. How long we keep the data
Form data is kept until the purpose of processing has been achieved (a reply to the enquiry, booking a talk) and for no longer than is necessary for that purpose, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Who we share data with
Enquiries sent through the website forms are received by the sales department of the BIOCARD group of companies (Biocard Logistics LLC, INN 7734535394): its staff enter the enquiry into the Bitrix24 system and pass your contact details on to the clinic’s staff, who then get in touch with you. The website, the enquiry receiver and the Bitrix24 system are located in the Russian Federation. We do not pass visitors’ personal data to third parties for their own purposes.
6. Your rights
You can find out what data about you we hold, request that it be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent and file a complaint with Roskomnadzor. To do so, write to us or call +7 (499) 346-21-15. We will reply within the time limits set by law.
7. Cookies and statistics
The website uses cookies and visit counters to understand which pages are useful to visitors. The website may use the Yandex Metrica counter and the visit statistics system of the BIOCARD group of companies: they record the pages visited and browser details and may set cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and the website will continue to work.
8. How we protect data
We restrict access to data, use a secure connection (HTTPS) and store data only in the systems that are needed to process enquiries.
